Stacks in airbox

I just did the small box mod and don't have 2 more short stacks yet. I'm trying to locate a couple and not spend much for them. If that happens to take a little while I'm guessing that there is no reason I couldn't ride the bike in the meantime, right??? (If the snow melts soon) Is it even absolutely necessary for me to put them in?

The bike is a stock 05, now only with the small box mod and 16-43 sprockets. (Thats it just bought on Wednesday)

I have the small box mod, pipe, and spray. I still run two long, two short, like the factory sent it.

Mine was tuned that way on the dyno as well

What I meant was that it will not hurt at all to ride with the two long, two short stacks at all

What happens when you change them is it changes the air velocity, and changes your a/f curve.

Four shorts = More top end/Less low end
Four longs = More low end/Less top end
