Starter mods??

Hi I'm new on here but if the rest of you know your Hayabusa you should know my bike from the fast bike DVD from 1999 Mack 2. IV had the bike from Suzuki uk and owned it from 7 months old ?????????and now the starter has gon. It's the 2nd time now but IV been told there is a mod to put a 2004 starter on my 1999 bike and a gear etc.
what are the bits I need and where do I get them and cost.
