My prayers go out to you..... I pray every night for the people in this world that were handed diseases such as this..... It all seems so unfair..... but like someone said... this book was written long before us.

Keep your head up... and Never Never GIVE UP.... stay strong.... if not physically... mentally.

Bob, I don't know you, but I will definitely keep you in my prayers. Sometimes it takes hearing something like this to put everything in perspective. I know too many times we all make a fuss about what to do to our bikes next, not realizing that we may not be able to ride one day. I admire your strength and your courage.

Whatever you do, don't give up. God is capable of doing ALL things. He picks up where medicine can go no further. I believe strongly that miracles still happen. So hang in there, I am sure there is one waiting on you.

I can't imagine what you're going through. If you can, stay with the .oRg, it provides so much support that has nothing to do with motorcycles. You're in my thoughts.

I commend you for fighting till the end and you never know God has a plan for us all.I hope you keep the faith no matter what comes at you, cause yesterday could have been your last but your still here to write this to open our eyes.Go on out today as you may and enjoy the rest of your days as you have set something in motion here most could never have thought to do...God is on your side, and when you become to weak he will carry you on the rest of your journey...God Bless My Friend.

Bob, so sorry to hear about your misfortune, Pappy was just asking about you the other day..
Prayers go out to you my friend, and keep the faith..

Bob, I am very sorry to hear your news. As James said, really made me tear up to read this. This is one of the hardest post I have ever had to read. You need to keep hanging around here at the ORG and we will keep you entertained through our rides and pics, you know we all will post a few pics, from time to tome.

Reflecting back you have been a good friend and fun to hang out with. We had a blast at the bash and eatting mexican with George and Ronnie.  Remember when we were on our wey home from the bash on the skyway and Halie decorated my bike with the yellow flowers.  All good times. No one or no disease can ever take the great memories away from you.

As I have told you on many occations, if you ever need any help or anything just give me a call, we live close, so dont hesitate to call. Thats what friends are for, and you have many.

If you would like and feel up to it I will pick you up in the car and take you to the fall bash, I have room in my room if you want to come. We would all love for you to.

Give me a call soon.

Take care,  Tim

I am so sorry to hear about this. I am hoping to make it to the spring bash and it would be great if you could make it out there, even if you don't ride. Staying in touch with friends can keep your spirits up more than you will ever realize.

Stay strong and keep in touch with your .org family. We are all here to lend support.

Bob - At a time like this you need your friends more than ever and that's what surrounds you here. Don't leave. Let your friends be there for you.

Bob , My Prayers are with you & your Family. Stay Strong & Keep Fighting the Good Fight. If you ever need to talk we are ALL here for you.

Man, I've been thinking about this thread all day since I first read it this morning. The fact that someone in pretty much perfect health all the way into their 50's can suddenly have something like this show up has really got me thinking about how I live my life ... and what's really important.

Learjet, it does sound like you have a great mental outlook on this whole thing - and that makes more of a difference in things like this than most people realize. Good luck with everything and please keep us posted on how you're doing.

Remember, God will never put more on you than you can bare. Our prayers are with you. Our lives are already mapped out from the day were born.
+1 God has a plan for your life Bob- We don't always know the exact path or understand WHY we travel down the path that we do, but don't let go of the hand of God- there is no better to lead you, and I promise you he won't lead you down the wrong road. I don't understand why things happen sometimes, but I and you just have to know that as long as you have asked Jesus to come into your life and forgive you of your sins and to please be God in your life, no matter what you are in the best position you can be in.. You are a child of God and in the end (no matter when that is), your reward is heaven and an eternity of peace in Gods presence worshiping him in heaven. None of us could receive a greater reward than that- I will keep you in my prayers brother...Chris
