Here’s one for the WTF files.

A little while ago (until it was thrown out due to legal fights) the anti bike bureaucrat nazis, and their evil henchmen the police, in one of our states were issuing $50 fines to riders who had removed their “Unleaded Fuel Onlyâ€￾ stickers on the gas tank.
This was done using some obscure environmental protection legislation.

In yet another state they have finally stopped issuing defect notices to out of state bikes with non-standard exhaust systems because the Department of Tourism was worried about negative effects.

While both there cluster fu&ks have now been sorted, it’s pathetic it ever became an issue in the first place.

And they say there’s no problem with over regulation in today’s society.

Ah, that feels better.

The secret seems to be getting enough people to fight it in court.
