Stickers Be Gone!!!

I am loving my new 07 busa. For now it is stock. This week it will be lowered, have heli bars and a new wind screen. Wohoo!!!


I was able to get the unsightly warning sticker off the gas tank with time, my finger nail, alcohol and turtle wax bug and tar remover.

Now what is the best way to get the stickers off the plastic side cover without marring up the plastic?

the best way to remove the stickers on the plastic is to post pics up of your new kick ass ride, once you post pics the stickers automatically disappear, im serious they vanish.  Naw the same way you removed the tank sticker is the same way you remove those.

, mine just peeled off without anything but patience. But I did then use cleaning wax to clean off the sticky stuff

I used a hair dryer to "soften" the glue underneath and just picked at it with my nail and rubbed with my thumb.  Came off pretty easy  

  Used some wax to clean it up after.

By the way

use a hairdryer and "goo gone" (available at any home hardware store)...it dissolves the adhesive on the stickers.

The stickers on the side plastic were a piece of cake. They came right off on the first try. The one on the tank sucked big donkey!

Wolf the stickers on the plastic inners just pull off. If you want, heat them up a little with a hair dryer. They're easy dude.

I used Acetone and a Putty knife!

i used 3m adhesive remover i just sprayed it on the sticker let it soak for 5 minutes and it just rolled off and took residue off with it and waxed the hell out of it

Yeah!!! The hairdryer did the trick for the stickers on the side panel. They came right off after a lil heat from the hair dryer. Thanks for the input!!!

Bumper sticker remover, find it at autozone or discount auto. works great and will NOT harm paint.
