Is everyone removing the sticker on the left side that has the VIN on it. All the others are useless however I believe the law states that this one is not to be removed.

My VIN is etched on the right-hand side of the steering neck.....

I took mine off, buy I'm already an outlaw as I rip the do not remove tags off my pillows too!

maybe you guys can give me a good tip on how to remove the stickers the tank and the right side on the top of the fairing? Does heating them up do the trick or is there a better means?

Use your wifes blow dryer to warm the sticker and scrape with your fingernail. After you get the paper off use Goo B Gone or gas. Becareful with the blow dryer that you don't get to hot to blister the paint.
