A lot of people I know got there's however when using the get my payment on the irs website it gives me a message that my status is unavailable. Found out a few days ago that irs released a statement saying if u were getting that message u weren't gonna get one that you would have to file it on your taxes which really does me no good as my bills aren't waiting 2 more months to be paid or the fact that I'm probably gonna owe taxes so all its gonna do is screw me worse. If u check the payment and your getting the same message as me they're saying your not getting one.
Not to mention there's people that still haven't got their tax refund from last year so that was a great job they did, but I'm sure all the money being sent to other countries and the raises for politicians aren't having to wait or just not get anything.

I've still been checking because it does say time are updated overnight but if you Google what the message says everything points to we're not gonna get the money but instead have to file for our on our taxes. The part that really pisses me off about that is that a close friend of mine owes the irs money for years of not filing and because he put his info in the portal they had with the first check he already got and spent his as did a whole lot more of people just like him that don't actually pay taxes but yet someone that pays them from every paycheck is left still screwed and needing the money.

It's ironic that NZ having a totally left wing pro socialist nanny state running the joint never gave the citizens a stimulus payout/bribe at all, yet so many other western countries did hand out billions of dollars to the people.
I guess we are just too small of a country to be able to afford going into more billions debt, the covid 80% of wages payments cost us taxpayers billions anyway.
How about the pallets of cash Obama sent to Iran . . . wow.
But apparently the US 'owed' that money to them in interest for undelivered consignment of weapons years earlier.

I really don't care if I get mine or the 1400 extra Trump was pushing for. I don't need it and I haven't even looked at my bank statements to see if it was deposited. If inflation goes through the roof, I might need it though.
I do have a certified letter at the PO. I don't have a real address, I just have a PO box. I wonder if that certified letter is the stim check? I've avoided picking up the letter because certified mail is pretty much always something the sender knows the recip doesn't want. It's not my life insurance I paid late, it;s not my x's lawyer after me, I pay all my bills...IDK what it is.
