Stinking craftsman mower

Old 1 im ready put rag in fuel tank + light it but cant afford 2
this is like 4th time its broke down on me its old 1 prob over 10 years.
Riding mower this time blade height adjustment bracket broke in 2 places this dam yard like being on roller coaster
1st speed adjustment lever goes loose just screw backed out ,then flat on front get 2 new tires.Thing is total beech 2 work on
cant even get 2 rear tire valve stems without removing wheel weights 1st why wouldn't they just use long valve stems or something?
I HAVE USE RIDING MOWER+push mower then weed eater grrrrrr I hate doing all this lawnwork might not mind if I could get new mower

this not near 1/2 the back yard (notice deer peeking out woods) hard on a fat kid in this heat ..whats good mower? under $1500

i have been using the same craftsman riding mower to mow 7 acres for the past 16 years...What model do you have? curious why its causing you so much troubles. I have a gt5000 with a 52inch deck. only problem i have had is steering gives up.

thats your problem...you got a city mower for an acreage...that mower isnt tough enough to handle that.

Your prob right it did good like 10 years I was eyeballing some new mowers when I went 2 order the broken parts 2day.
This one turning in2 money pit cant see spending more on it.
Those ##**!! moles have gone 2 town on the place trying 2 get rid of them but they seem b winning.
I really wouldn't want this huge lawn my mom owns few houses here in Evansville

When I split with girl I lived with 4 25 years (sort of split came home all my stuff was thrown out in front yard+locks changed felt unwelcome @ that point) my mom let me move in here place was empty anyway.
Im not that lazy just hard find time keep it up like go racing on weekends.

for moles you need thumpers...let me see if i can find the product i use....for mowers craftman or deere...craftsman needs to be at leat the 5000 series.....deere just dont get a sabre or typical hardware store model...research and hit an implement dealer they have much more industrial type equipment...

Sounds good the smoke bomb things r kinda fun but don't work well
I have poison pellets but just don't feel right using them afraid might poison another animal don't know how they would get 2 them underground but don't like putting poison in my yard.Im so frustrated took 2 broken brackets 2 sears 2day.They cant find them on computer we were looking @ diagrams 1 1/2 hours so I cant fix $1000 mower because they cant get me 2 brackets that I had laying in front of them.
