stock preload on shock

hmmm i think it is six? there really isnt astock setting...i think they are all set about the middle from the factory...What are you looking to do?
i might be able to help ya.

I actually had the bike strecthed out and I turned my spring all the way up, but now I have it back stock and its just way to much. I forgot how many was actually showing before I messed with it.

Use your preload adjustment to set the sag and you are good to go regardless of the factory setting.

While on this subject, I'm sitting at stock wheelbase (Gen II) lowered via brocks dog bones (lowest setting) and soupy's spacers up front with the forks slid through. I have a lowering strap up front mounted as needed. I weigh between 165 - 170. What would be a good starting point on the rear shock settings for drag racing or is this a complete trial and error situation from the get go?
