stop watching topics

I have my preferences set that I will recieve an email when someone replies a topic I'm posting on... how do I stop watching a topic? Sometimes I loose interest in the subject and don't want to receive emails on it anymore... anybody know?

There's a 'track topic' check-box in your reply screen. Un-check it and they should stop.
