strap the front down

That things looks freakin mean... I like it.

But back to your question, at the track, get the front as far down as you can.
The fork tubes look like it sits low already, but IMHO, the lower the better.

Slam the rear down too.

the rear is slammed. i know it dont look like it but it is.

i put the lowering links to last setting. i might get away with another inch but is about 1 3/4 from the ground now so it will be close.the bike has nos and airshifter,i got a cam on the way and im seeing if i can do anything with the head.thanks

for drag racing yes.
even if its already lowered, your forks will expand when you launch. that starts the upward momentum that will make the bike wheelie more.
with the strap(doesnt need to be too tight) the forks can not expand, preventing unwanted upward momentum in the front.
 
I strap for the track only...Wouldn't want it to break while on the street...
 
So where can a get a strap that is for the best price. Paying for college and planning a wedding don't leave much money for accessories anymore.
