Riding home from work I see a yzf 600 looked to be stretched at least +10 . Am I the only one that thinks this is ridiculous ?

Thats funny! Back in the late 90's there was some kid who lived in the same apartments ans me with a Geo etro that had $1,700.00 worth of 100 spoke gold Daton rims on it..... This reminds me of it.

Ive seen 14 on an early model Gixxer back in the day ,back when it was known as the Yokahoma 003.
And I have actually seen a motorcycle on the street riding with his wheelie bars on.

There was a guy here that had one stretched that long. Had a turbo and ran high 8s. Every once in a while he would ride it on the streets.

Does it really matter the size of the bike when it comes to stretching and fat tires on the street?

When I was a kid everyone in the area I grew up in had wheelie bars and Kerker headers. They were so common I thought the old GSs and KZs looked naked with out them.

Ahhh the beloved kerker exhaust.I loved kerker and they sounded bad.My brother had a 83/84GS 750 ES that was pumped up.

Just remember everyone does what THEY think looks good to THEIR bikes. Doesn't mean everyone or anyone else will like it or think it looks good, doesn't mean it's wrong or ridiculous. I'm sure there are plenty out there that may look at mine or yours for that matter and think something may look ridonkulous  but you know what? Not for them, it's for me so whoever doesn't like it :moon: Besides I've seen some guys on busa's(other bikes too, but mainly the busa) because honestly it's probably the only bike that can carry them and I think damn , they just need to stick with riding in the suv's. because they just look to large(fat wise) to be on a bike, but their riding and evidently happy doing it so who am I to judge.

And hey, some guys like them big ole girls, not knocking them if that's what they like. But if I can't throw her up on my shoulders for some good ole topless chicken fighting I'll pass.:rofl:

What the Hell is a kerker Google won't even help ha-ha

Kerker, is actually owned by supertrapp Now, back in the Day they were the chit! I had a kerker 4-2-1 with 2.5 baffle on a VMAX that sounded awesome..
wheelie bars on the street is just waiting for disaster to occur.

I profiled.. :(

On the other hand, a lot of guys that ride busas around here are big dudes rockin sunglasses. When people see me with gear on they probably think all types of stuff.....and with that, I did it again! ahh!

There was a guy last year north of here that had a GSXR 600 with a 14" stretch. Everytime I saw it, I could imagine him doing a burnout and getting wheel hop like a pickup. lol
