Yeah, if I were a bit more talented I would try some cosmetic mods out on the model before doing the real thing just to see what they would look like. As it is, I'll just try to make it look like my 04.

Had both this one and the Yoshimura X-1 for about 2 years and haven't put them together.

Mine is almost completed.  I just have the lower fairings and some stickers left to put on it.  I painted it the same copper and platinumn colors that my 99 is. It is pretty detailed.  There are screws, throttle cables, brake cables, chrome, and several different year templates for paint schemes.  The rear shock has a spring on it and everything.
