Got tired of looking at her naked... decided to put most the body work back on.
Still have the boost creep problem though...

I'll be there as the gates open with a cooler full of ice and drinks.
Last week was HOTTT!!!

I'll be there around 6:00 or 6:30 on my 99 busa ..My little kawi turbo is not ready yet ....soooooooo i'll run the busa and see what numbers i can get out of the old girl....Lee....

Well things didn't go well tonight for Cecil , he couldn't get it to run over 6000 rpms with out breaking up....I'm sure its not a big problem  maybe just a set of new plugs ... Out of the three busas there tonight  two had problems ..One cecils and the other smoked a clutch   My 99 busa ran ok but i could not launch it better that a 1.79  60 foot .. I did get a 6.50s @ 113.9  so i was ok with it ...Cecil ran my bike one pass and had a killer first gear wheelie... It looked like he was going to loop it but he road it out with no problems ...Next week Cecil will have the problem worked out and we will see some 5.80s !! If he get it fixed  for thursday test and tune we will see some 8 sec 1/4 passes posted ...... We all had a great time even with wearing full leathers in the sucky heat ....Lee..

Forgot to add this ... There were some gixxers (05) and R1s and a few 1000 Hondas ... None were a good match for the 3 mighty Busas......The only bikes running in the 6s were Busas...everyone else ...... 7.50s and up .....lol  

Makes me feel warm all over.....
 Funny story .. The R1 guy comes up to me and said his bike runs 230  MPH and he would out run me in the 1/8 mile .. I told him he could not out run me unless i fell off my bike at the starting line ... His best pass for the night was 7.70s  lol...

The guy on the R1 was a character... 230mph R1...

Eric smoked his clutch... already fixed.
My bike was breaking up terribly bad... couldn't do anything with it.
Tried a few things... no love.
I'll figure it out... and as Arnold would say... "I'll be back..."

hope it's nothing major.. doesn't sound liek it is.. but well.. haha I just know to put gas/oil/and sparkplugs in mine and thats about it.

I just put another set of plugs in mine...Have you checked your fuel pressure lately???My bike was running rich and would fall @ 8k rpms...Leaned he out and haven't had that problem since...
