suspension setting

i did a search but i didnt come up with any answers


i wanted to hear some suggestions on how to adjust my suspension . this morning i took my 05 busa for a ride and realized it felt unstable . i came home and adjusted the front suspension just a little tighter than the manual recommend and the bike felt much better . now i am thinking i need to fine tune it , front and rear

i weigh 200 lbs , can someone suggest how i should set it
