YOU(or someone who weighs the same) needs to be sitting on the bike while the sag is measured.
I'm about 195lbs in leathers and I have my gen2 set this way.
Front preload has 2 lines visible.
Front compression is 5 clicks counter clockwise.
Front rebound is 4 clicks counterclockwise.
Rear compression is 12 clicks counterclockwise.
Rear rebound is 18 clicks counterclockwise.
Rear spring has 3 threads visible above the lockring.
I have 31mm of sag front and rear with above settings. 30mm to 35mm is recommended sag for a track(less bumps than the street). 35mm to 40mm for street riding.
The sag needs to be set for YOU specifically for best results, but this should get you in the ballpark.
My settings are also a firm ride and the bike handles excellent, so don't expect a soft and smooth ride on bumpy roads. The bike now handles as it should though.
This thread may help you too.
