Suzuki gsx r1000

Hey anyone know how come the suzuki gsx-r1000 is about 200$ more expensive then a busa?
Is It faster?

But unless you are John Hopkins trying to take Valentino Rossi , I would stick with the one you like best.

The Busa other than colors really hasn't changed since it came out in '99, and the Gixxer 1000 is redesigned every other year....so they actually make more on the Busa because the technology is the same and its already paid for the designing and production costs of a new bike. They stay on the techno edge with the litre bikes....with them being so much lighter and putting out the same or even more HP than the Busa....they are VERY fast

Motorcyclist Mag has the Gixer rated at 9.79 in the quarter ....Busa at 9.88 .Add in the variable of rider reactions / experience and U got a real close one .::
