Went for a sustained fast ride in northern Ontario today. Sustained 160kms with bursts of 200+. It was a beautiful day out. Came home and when I lubed the chain I noticed this on my new saddle bags...

Oh well, I think I will have to rivet a heat shield on it! Lol

Bummer. I changed exhaust systems due to this on RJ . Burned both givi V35 bags with yosh system on v&h header

Smooth move! I ran RKA saddlebags for 120,000+ miles of travel. The trick was to scoot them all the way forward until the front was resting on the rear footpegs (yes, I see you can't do that with this brand).
