Started working on swingarm extension project last night. Got the sprocket cover pulled of, sprocket, chain, etc. Hopefully I will have time later today to finish it all up.

Curious as to why you removed the sprocket cover.

Good luck with your project. They look so good stretched.

Yeah I kinda have a plan. The plan keeps getting bigger and more expensive lol it's addicting!

I'm going 6-7" on the stretch.

6-7 is perfect.

And the Mods will never end, Just open the wallet and submit to the addiction.

How does this stretch length look? I'd say it's closer to 7". Check out the vortex sprocket too, I love it.

So have you looked into a stiffer shock so you dont put a hole in the undertail.

6-9 inch extenstion. Im at almost 8 inches now. Rides amazing and cant really tell its extended. Gonna go with a 200 wide tire soon but not sure how its gonna fit with clearing the chain. Got a sweet spring from TracDynamics and at the shop as we speak. gonna post pics soon. good luck bro.

nectrprint... If you are running the stock size rim I have been told that a 200 tire is NOT a good idea. It will fit but what happens is the extra width makes the tire wear faster because it actually creates a flat spot in the middle and it will hydroplane a lot easier. ask around before you do it, several tire shops have told me the same thing.

thanks for the Info Cueball, Ill take a look into that. In terms of adjusting the rear spring, dont waste your time. Get a new spring and call it the day. Wayyy better solution and rides like stock.
