Can a TRE hurt perfomence at all??like on the 1/4 mile or other? And can you use it with a power comander?

i use a Smart tre and a power commander with no problem. There are mixed opinions on TRE's its a matter of personal beleif.

alot lol.. The Power comander is a Fuel management control system. Which can be use din tuning your bike. A Tre will just remove the Top Speed limiter that is placed on hayabusa's . They also from my understanding add a little bit more fuel Etc. It will make the throttle more responsive but then again thats just my opinion.

If you add a TRE, you better have a PCIII USB in order to manage your fuel. Otherwise you will run a little rich on fuel. I have a TRE with the powercommander and my throttle response is much more quick and crisp.

does anyone have experince with the tre sold on this web site for a 2nd gen busa? if so whats you're expirence?

Experence--- I added a TRE and my first pass I almost looped the bike. I believe it removes the timing retard at low RPM. I used to launch at 8K RPM, the first launch with the TRE sent me skyworld... I since changed my launch RPM to 5-6K. Prior to the TRE, this would have bogged the motor.

I noticed a big difference just reving the motor. From 5-8K it revs a whole lot faster.
