I thought you were making your own frame rails. Wish I would’ve known you were buying the OEM GSXR one, I could’ve given you one that I have collecting dust in the garage.

You will only use the back half of the subframe. The black pieces won’t get used

I’ve seen it done using the whole thing, but giant sleeves and spacer have to be welded on to widened the front mounting point to fill the gap, since the busa frame mounting points are really wide/far apart Compared to the gsxr subframe

That’s why I purchased the kit that I have listed on the classifieds. ! With time and skills, someone can figure it out.

Yeah just bought the entire subframe since the rear seat section was $100 by itself and the entire subframe was only a few dollars more.
