Let me play devil's advocate for a bit...
Modifying the taillight bulbs to act as blinkers seems very clean and neat, but... can other drivers in surrounding cars actually tell what's going on??
The Busa tailight is maybe 4.5" wide with 2 bulbs that are perhaps 2" apart in the housing. I don't think anyone in a car behind you or adjacent to you can tell which way you intend to turn/change lanes with a blinking red bulb that's right next to a non blinking red bulb. There's not enough distance between them and being the same color, it's almost impossible to distinguish. During the day, maybe they can see your body language...turning your head, etc to check the lanes and figure it out from there but at night..???
Mom's in minivans. volvo drivers and other idiots on car phones aren't going to just suddenly pay attention and concentrate on your taillight to figure out which way you're going. With separate yellow signals, you won't have that problem.
Try something like this perhaps:

Change the rear signals, tuck them in tight to the license plate, whatever...but if you want signals..keep them yellow and a bit apart so it's obvious to others what you want to do. Otherwise, you may be lulling yourself into a false sense of security thinking that others can plainly see what your intentions are.
Food for thought.
