taking out cat??

has anyone cut open and removed the cat material from the stock header? i dont want to buy a full system as i already have dual slipons and not worried about the weight or performance. the cat just gets my legs really hot. i will of coarse get a PC and dyno tune when i do this

Did the cat delete, new plastics, chain, rear sway arm, seats and 10k tune up.
