Tank vacuum condition

New to me 2000 Busa, 13800 km.

Noticed both when i brought the bike home, and my 1st refuelling, that the tank was under considerable vacuum when I popped the filler... can't recall this being the case on my 2 previous Tillers...

Where is the tank vented to? Thanks.

look beside the right engine cover...you'll notice to rubber tubes that are clamped on the left side of it.....ones is the fuel over flow and the other is the vent......mine did the same the other day but it wasnt the vent as far as i could tell. i think it has to do with heat getting to the external fuel pump...
