Tax filing assistance needed.

Would anyone happen to be in the tax prep business or in the know about nominee distributions? The specific questions would be if I received a 1099 Int that was not mine can I efile with Turbo Tax by adding the 1099 and deducting the interest? Would I need to file a paper return with supporting documents?

If its not yours why or would you have to file it at all? Its illegal to file something that is not yours. Jail Time in your future if you do

I think it's good to go now. Had to add the 1099 and then check that it did not apply to me. It will go on my Mother's return as it was hers and used for her care.
My original question was about supporting paperwork to be filed with my return or could I efile.
Things get a little complicated when someone enters a nursing home. While she was able to make decisions I was added to her accounts.
