Testing for boost leak

I remember seeing somewhere a post about a do it yourself leak tester to hook to your up-pipe, does anyone know where I can find this? I seem to be having a problem making boost over 5 lbs. and nothing out of the ordinary, to the eye anyway?

Rob Kelly had a good unit pictured over on Org
I put a PVC end cap on the turbo inlet grooved so a silicone hose clamps on without it becoming a weapon, and with a regulated air supply feeding into the end of the cap give it ~10 psi .
You will get air feeding passed the turbo seals and hear it in the crankcases, the map sensor tee will leak some as will the fmu , also soapy water may find a few small leaks like the back of the compressor housing, all normal...
look for leaks that blow cubic feet /min not cc's/min .the bike will be using 250-300cfm a couple of cc's will not be noticed.
you can also check the wastegate , raising and lowering the regulator pressure to find the wastegate opening point (actual opening in use may be slightly lower due to exhaust pressure)

(first off this is a HAHN stage 1 kit w/ internal wastegate) Ok got a PVC end cap and took off the up pipe from the turbo set the psi to around 10 and only noticed the fmu and check valve (map sensor) I had my plenum off (before the leak test) but when I went to put it back on I noticed a loose clamp on one of the throttle bodies and the center silicone hose on the up pipe (throught the frame) didn't seem like it was on all the way? I'll put it back together and see what happens? Also something weird happened with  the boost gauge before I notced all this, I checked the last boost reading and it registered 26 psi. No this is a stage 1 that usually sees boost creep up to 15 but 26!? Just a fluke?
