I have HAD ENOUGH of Texas Fairings bullshit!
Check out this post I just saw on alt.sportbike:
"Pass this message on to all of your buds. DO NOT order anything from Texas Fairing (Fort Worth, Texas). I've been fighting with them since 11 May 99 to get the parts I ordered. It has cost me over $100 in phone calls alone. I ordered a fender enclosure, rear hugger, and a brake light kit (which they told me was free at the time of my order). I am still waiting for my rear hugger. All I get from them is one excuse after the other. I've been trying to get the owner (John Hocker) to return my call for over a month now. I think I should just drive down to Texas and kick his ass. After all, I'm only about nine hours away.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Visa. I have to write a letter to all of them because I placed my order in May. I have a good feeling the situation will be handled to my satisfaction. I just wanted to warn everyone.
Good Info from the FTC; merchandise must be shipped within 30 days. At 30 days if it hasn't been shipped the merchant MUST contact you and give you the option of waiting or canceling the order (I didn't know that).
I will be posting this on as many news groups as possible. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
Thanks for listening guys and gals.

I am calling them today and demanding a refund. If they don't pay up, I suggest a class-action suit - or the threat of one - to get their asses in gear. I don't want the damn enclosure anymore...just my money back.
