Thank you Kirk!!!

Well, he has good taste in motorcycles. There were 40 sport bikes on Broadway tonight. 2 blue Busses, a ZX-12R (well, that one didn't stop), a number of Ducks (including one with racing slicks and no plate), a Blackbird or two, one of those grey market 500cc RD based Yamahas, an "R" model Aprillia and more R1s than you could shake a stick at. Pretty tricky of you to arrange a freak thunderstorm in the middle of July to avoid meeting me. Try again tomorrow. You may need a can of aerosol "hottie-off". Two grabbed me tonight, one on each arm, and were trying to take me somewhere.

Hey kirk did you race anyone out thier? Is your bike tuned up? maybe its just my area but their is always fking guys w/zx9's that wanna race. I hate them with a passion. I personnaly have never seen a 9 bust 9.90's in the quarter. i know their are faster ones but still most "kids" cant afford to build a 180hp bike. The best is when STOCK 900's race me for money! Most of the time they cant even keep the wheel down!

Rod- Most kids your age are hanging out the windows of their Honda Civics (the kind with no springs and no muffler) trying to get me to do a wheelie downtown. On a Bus you are never more than about a second of poor judgement away from death, so I try to exercise a little maturity by ignoring them, or telling them no, or telling them to buy their own. Same deal with bikes. The only ones that are even remotely in the area on performance are the Blackbird and the ZX-12R, and they usually leave when I show up, or if I'm parked, they ride on by without stopping. ZX-11s and R1s are a waste of gas to pass.
