I went to the mailbox yesterday and found an envelope addressed to me. It was from Riders Connection. A little surprised, I opened it and found a piece of paper folded up which said "Merry Christmas". When I opened it, there was a gift certificate for Riders Connection!

I cannot express how surpised I still am to have received that. Not only did Josh and Riders Connection provide me with uncomparable customer service, but took it even a step further.
