thanks for the help u gave but problem is i don't have a manual like most of u guys do so i don't really know the names of certain parts are and where they might be located. Could u explain to me where and what is the hydraulic pusher? And where can i find the bleeder bolt ? Sorry if i sound stupid but i haven't owned a bike with hydraulic clutch b4 .... sorry to trouble u again Earl.

No problem Terrance----thats how we all learn and what this forum is about. The line from the resivior ends down on the motor with a banjo bolt. (This is a bolt with a e hole in the shank to let the fluid thru) Where this line ends is the hyd pusher. At the top of this pusher is a small bolt with a rubber cap---this is the bleed bolt. There has to be an air-tight seal on the threads, hence the ten flon tape. If not, when you apply suction you will just suck air around the threads. After you have filled the system with the new fluid, pump the lever several time and barly loosen the bleed bolt. Holding the lever against the handle bar--close the bolt---some fluid will come out so be sure to make sure the resivior is kept full. Do this until you have a good clutch action---bingo you've done it!!!

Right! Got it .. i fully understand now *broad smile* ... thanks again Earl!
