I did some searching and came across a thread on this very subject (https://www.hayabusa.org/forums/?act=ST;f=77;t=97334;hl=). I would have searched first, but as it's my first day with the Hayabusa I couldn't resist the urge to go out riding some more.
Hi first post! I can tell a huge difference between A and C modes. On the highway riding I average between 45 and 50mpg switching to A mode seems to use alot more fuel. Ive never checked it but its horrible compared to C mode.
Fuel economy? It's all in your riding style. You can go into the "C" mode and ride it like you stole it, and have abysmal mileage, or ride conservatively in "A" mode and have phenomenal mileage.
