The Brown Truck Came Today....

So being that it's been raining for the last 5 days, why not spend a bunch of money I don't have? Got my Akrapovic bolt-ons today along with some TLR pegs, a Joe Rocket Phoenix 3.0 jacket, and an HJC helmet. I know the HJC is a cheapo but it'll have to do for now cause it's  the only thing I could find that fit. Didn't want to spend a fortune on buying and returning helmets. Still to come is a pair of Sidi Strada Evo Air boots and a tank pad I ordered from the UK. Ordered all the gear from NewEnough. Great service and selection for us big guys. Anyway, here's some pics.

Tank pad. Should be here in like 2 weeks. Should match the bike perfectly.

And finally the exhaust. Had to go with the Ti.

Couldn't be more happy with the exhaust. Sounds great.
Now if it didn't look like this outside I'd go for a nice long ride.

It's not touching the shifter, just the way the picture is taken.
As far as the benefits of the peg mod, I haven't got to ride it yet. Not as much of a gain as i would have hoped for but I didn't want to do the gixxer 1000 pegs cause they're not as long.

Post up a sound clip of those bolt ons. I got an Evolution system and it sounds awsome...I would like to hear what the bolt ons sound like. I got a jacket a lot like that BTW, and love it.

Suzuki GB has it. It must be a UK only type thing. Sometimes I wonder what the hell suzuki is thinking. If they made the whole trim package in those colors it would sell like crazy for the limiteds and the black and silvers. I got Slinger Motorcycles to order me one and ship it over. Guy was really cool. Give him a call.
