FUGGIN bastards, they almost succered me in, before i wised up and realized what was going on, and to think, that bike really is for sale. a holes.

Okay,
Did ja notice that this guy has never SOLD anything on ebay? Also, that he is selling stuff in Germany? Did you report this guy?

No, just stole pics. Using the pics and the description of the bike to get somebody to send them the money then they will "release" the bike... Ya right. THing is he has a good feed back percentage.. WTF?

what?? i don't understand, did they steal the bike then take it to germany?
No. Some crotchmonkey was stupid enough to respond to a "confirm your ebay identity" phisher email.

The scammers then take over that persons account since they now have the password (and all their credit card numbers and personal info as an added bonus).

Take any picture of any Busa off the net and make a fake auction. The bike will just so happen to be in another country where the seller just moved to. Blah Blah Blah, they get money from stupid people, end of story.

If you want to have fun, email the scammer and play along. You can string them along and really piss 'em off.

Hmmmm, I couldn't afford nyricans bike, so maybe this one will do instead.

It really is sad just how easy it is to scam some pics and fake an auction.

Dayum! This dude is quick! Answered my email as I was typing my last message here.

Who woulda guessed?

The price for it is $ 3,200 USD . The bike is in perfect condition and has no mechanical problems. No scratches or dents, never dropped .
The bike is US model and has a Clear Title which you will receive with the bike . It can be registered to your name without problems. The bike was mostly garage kept.
I have a good reason for this low price. I'm located in LONDON,United Kingdom with my son who will suffer a neck operation and the doctors did some preasures on my head. I've decided to sell it in US at a price that will find a buyer in a few days .

I am a eBay Square Trade member and I want to make the deal thru them cause I have a $10,000 insurance policy with them. They will act like a THIRD PARTY and we will be both 100%
protected. The money will be HELD by them into their escrow account and I will give you a few days to test the bike and to see that nothing is wrong with it. I made few deals
in this way and it worked very well.

This is how it works :
1.The Seller will open the transaction --> 2.The buyer has to make the payment to Financial Department and they will deposit the money into their escrow account -->
3.The Seller will receive the confirmation that the payment is done --> 4.The seller will ship the item to the buyer and he has 3 days to test check it -->
5.The buyer will contact eBay Square Trade to tell them if he is satisfied or not --> 6. eBay Square Trade will release the money to the seller(in case the buyer is satisfied)
and to the buyer(in case that he is not satisfied).

I hope you agree with me, because I think this it is the best way to protect both (seller and buyer).
IF SO, PLEASE SEND ME YOUR FULL NAME AND SHIPPING ADDRESS SO I CAN CONTACT SQUARE TRADE AND START OUR TRANSCTION!!!

Thanks,

I emailed him and asked a couple of questions about the bike, and asked him just how much he would take for it...LOL!!!
I also asked him where to send the funds.
This should be interesting......I will let ya know what he says!!!!

I just emailed him that I don't think I can afford the shipping all the way from London.

I should be getting the free shipping reply any second now.

yeah, ever since i almost went for one of those scams about a month ago, i just send them e mails, and either fugg with em like im interested, or just tell them to go get a life, with many words...
-WHEELMAN

I sent in a report to Ebay. What a pain in the a$$ to report. I had to list it as "stolen images and text" from my ebay listing. They sure don't make it obvious where to report a scam before you buy. It seems everything is geared towards resolution after the fact.... a bit late!

Of course, anyone dumb enough to jump on a deal like that.... well, my grandfather always said "a fool and his money are easily parted". (sumthin like that...)

Dayum nice bike tho! Too bad I hafta wait til March *sigh*

You have to watch out for these guys.. they are tricky.

I sold my FZ1 on ebay. 2 days after the action closed I got an email from and "Ebay member" with the title "is your yamaha still for sale?" Normally I don't fall for that stuff but I clicked on the link which I thought was to my FZ1. It wasn't.

It took me too a pic of an R1... hmm I thought... just some weird stuff. Well, I didn't think twice about "signing in" to ebay to get to the "listing".

a day later my account was put on "hold" for some fishy listing... I called ebay, changed all my passwords on every account online and told them what happened.

Stupid me.... I can't belive I fell for that.. but it's like they knew I just sold my bike and the listing was exactly the same except the pic.... so I knew it wasn't mine then but didn't think anything about it until ebay put my account on hold.

I'd love to email this bastage too, but then he'd have my ebay id.

Anyhow, in this case I think ebay making you sign in so often made me think it was kosher. I hate having to re-sign in every 10 minutes or going from one thing to another... sure, it's more "secure", but when it's annoying you don't think twice about having to sign in or why ebay is asking you to do it.

Bah...you too can have fun with Bruno!

He had his email address out in the listing.
brn_delure92@yahoo.com

Just got another reply from him a little bit ago. I'm in luck, not only is he willing to ship for free, it'll be sent right to my front door (none of that Forward Air terminal crap) and fully insured!
I think Mr. Pringles is about to get a great deal! Yeah I had a can of chips sitting here at the time I emailed him.
