This a good Price?

So my stock seat has a nice big tear in it. I currently have it covered with black duc tape (redneck fix, I know) but I don't have the $$$ to get a custom seat after a bunch of the upgrades I just did. I found a used stock one on ebay and the guy is willing to let it go for $45 + 15 S&H. The pics show no tears or damage. This a good deal??

I would doubt you could find one much cheaper than that.

It's probably an easier fix than you think. So buy the seat, then find some material you would like the torn seat covered in, and cover it, maybe even throw a gel pad in there.
