We have truckfest!!!! Starts friday night at the sled pulls at the adams county fair (i wont be participating as that still scares me)
Saturday is a Dyno at ATS
and sunday is drag racing at 5800ft elevation:cheerleader:

Just finished up installing some 120hp Fuel injectors in the dodge, i am super impressed with the results, so saturday it will be hitting the rollers at ATS diesel to see if i have broken the 700hp barrier:please:

That is all!

I may see about heading that way on Sat. We will see.. Good luck though man, hope you hit that mark you are trying to hit. :cheerleader:

Sweet! I was just telling a guy at work about your truck today, he just didnt understand how a truck that big could outrun most sports cars:laugh:

Gonna see what happens tomorrow, apparently they are only letting the "big number trucks" (over 900hp) run on the mustang dyno in the shop, everything else will be on the mobile dyno outside.
I dont know how many 1k horse trucks they think are in colorado and i know enough people there hoping i can get on the inside one. The mobile is not a loaded dyno so big single turbo trucks have issues spooling on em, and that worries me lol

Well didnt do worth a crap on the dyno, ATS Still had it loaded at 30%(was what i was hearing) from the big boys from the diesel power challenge. 4 months ago i ran on it and made 540/1180 hitting defueling on my programmer. Changed the tunes up and today could only pull 544/1009 out of her. Was hugely dissapointed since with the last minute injector swap and different programming we were expecting to clear 700 hp. Dyno operator told me some guys were running 150-200hp less than what they previously have.

I thought it was all talk and guys just didnt have the power they thought they did, last time on the rollers we ran 70-120mph, one pass i pulled 130, today i could not get the truck to pull past 90mph???

Hopefully the race track treats me a little better tomorrow.

On a side note, pulling out of the building i noticed my buddy was walking behind the truck talking the to guy from 8 lug magazine. He was asking if my buddy knew me and what my name, info and phone number was

Wasnt much better on the track, was just one of them weekends where nothing goes right
First pass couldnt get the charger to light, finally did about 200ft off the line 15.0@100
Second pass i got it starting to make boost, left the line truck got real squirley, got out of it and got back in it to the same thing, let out and went back into it nicer 15.9 @95 Soon as it got shakey i realized i hadnt put it in 4wheel
They were running late so no third time trial, first elimination run, dialed in at 14.5 to be safe(keep in mind this 8klbs truck was doing 14.1's last year with less power)
Launch great chase a ford down something insane, caught it and somehow lost 14.6@104 and it still had alot left. Need to do some more tweaking with the new injectors and looks like dual injection pumps will be in the near future.

Heres the vids from saturday, you may not hear it but since i know the truck well:whistle: Its just real flat on the dyno due to the heavier load.

have you though about running it without the big tires? 14.5 in that huge truck is still rolling out pretty well.

I have and also even considered what this thing would do at stock height. But in the past year i've seen literally a huge amount of lifted trucks get knocked down to stock height or lower for the sake of 1/4 mile times. I just cant see myself doing it, need to build enough power to compensate for the big girl:whistle:
