Time Delay

well like everyone else, I am having battery trouble on both my bikes....
06' Busa and 06' Harley.... am gonna put battery tenders on both of them, but would also like to put in the time delays for starting bike without headlight being on. I know I saw it somewhere.....anybody have any suggestions? My harley has a hopped up motor with compression releases and the starter always sounds like it is working hard. Thanks ???

But the Busa can be started without the headlight on: flip ignition switch to ON, hold down starter button, turn ignition key to ON, wait for start-up cycle to complete, pull in clutch (bike will start), when engine is running take thumb off starter, headlights will now come on.

Thanks, I knew there was a combonation for the busa but doesnt help for the H-D
would like to install the time delay and be done with it.

I just got through fitting a delay to my bike because it worked so well on my CBR1100xx.
Delay is still easy and cheap but that's good info.

do the time delay relay. easy to do and no rituals when starting, just my .02.
