Tire balance experts Help !!!!!!Tire marking

I got some new Michelin Roads the front tire has no markings the rear has a blue dot and a white dot they are straight across from each other does this indicate the heavy spot,Michelin said they dont mark the tires for weight,does anyone know what the heck the marks mean?

I thing the white spot should be mounted OPPOSITE the valve stem.
