I am looknig to buy new tires and have searched the prior posts and it seems averyone has their own poinions... Ialways thought of Parelli as superior tires? Is this true with Busa as well, or are you just purchasing the name? Also, what is the stock tire size and what is the largest fattest tire I can put on the stock rim? I thank you for all your knowledge averyone.

Personaly I like the dunlop quailifer, cindy's triumph had pirelli supercorsa pro's on it and they were fine. But her bike is a little different than the busa.I like the stock size too.Larger ones will get close to the chain.By the way

I am partial to Metzelers myself... but I'm not impressed with them for the Busa

I am actually thinking of going back to the stock Bridgestone battleaxe's they stuck like glue to the road

I'm slippin and sliding everywhere on these Metzeler M1 sport tecs

i love the michilen pilot powers....... and perfer 190mm but you can go to a 200mm, but a 200mm wont do anything for performance as it is a much heavier tire...

Corsa 3's here, going to use them again.. sidewalls certainly are not worn out but no chicken strips either

200 will work, 210 will rub the chain.

In order to suggest which tire to get you have to describe what you want out of your tire.
Grip
Long lasting
And what kind of riding you do
Cruising
Touring
Drag strip
Trackdays
Sport touring
Canyons/twisty roads

Seeing that your interested in a fat rear tire, Bt015, M3, Qual, PP, and CorsaIIIs are all good tires.

Qualifiers are always in the top 3 recommendations on here, and they have been out long enough that the price isn't premium anymore. They run about $50 a tire cheaper than the new Pirelli Diablo Corsa 3's- I run a 190/55/17 rear for the extra grip when leaned over, 50 profile is stock with a front 120/70/17.
