Tired of Opening the garage

Integrated the garage door opener into a (new) switch on the Busa.

Soldered 2 wires from a standard rocker (open/close) switch to my standard garage remote.
Secured garage opener in front end and installed rocker switch near dash.

Works great...

Lot's of ideas on this forum and out in the wild (Have fun) only takes a few minutes if you have the right opener. Beats the $75 solution

Good idea, thanks for sharing. For now, will keep using what I have...honk the horn and wife or daughters open the garage door for me.

I'm too lazy and really don't want to cut my inner panels, lil heavy duty velcro on the clutch res and some on a mini remote and I'm good to go. Been working perfectly for 2 years.

See you're not really that lazy because my jacket has pockets and I just throw my remote in a pocket :poke:

No need to cut panels, Doesn't some company sell cool looking switches that attach to the handle bars???

think its pmr maybe those switches would work and they look cool to:thumbsup:

Why not just use the pass switch then hacking the plastic to put in a rocker switch? Just an idea :dunno:

Does anyone really use the pass switch

If you do use the pass switch then wire in the turn signal cancelling with the pass switch. To open the garage door you would push in the turn signal cancellation and hit the pass and woooh laaaah garage door opens.
