I get about 6000km (3600miles) on a rear BT56. unless of course, i take a screw in it, which i did the other night, then i get about 3000km (1800 miles)..

Alot depends on the type of riding you do and the tire your running. The stock rear is good for about 3500 miles plus or minus about 1500 depending on wether you abuse it or baby it.

Never less than 2200 miles (stock Bridgestone), never more than 3500 miles on Michelin Pilot Sport HPX's.

I got a little better than 4000 miles out of my last two BT56's. Thats letting them go into the wear bars a little. I don't think I baby them, but, I also dont spin 'em (much).

My next set is going to be the Avon ST 45/46. I have heard some good things about them.

The stock front made it (just) through the two rears so that has better than 8000 miles on it.

Not to step on your toes, but I only got 1700miles on my stock rear. No burnouts. Just lots of corners and accell out of the corners. I was pretty proud, the left side was bald, still had tread on the center and the right side.

all depends on your riding style...you can probably figure 1500-3000 miles depending on everything.

My 208 only lasted about 700 miles, it managed to find a nice piece of glass and slit itself open on the hwy at about 70.

So now I have some M1's

averaging 10k riding per year I get a new rear with every oil change, around 3k miles, and a new set every other

OEM tire lasted about 2500 miles, and it was done. I got about 3500 out of a set of Metzler M1's, and it looks like I will get about around 3500 out of the Perallie Diablo's. I like to Diablo's the best of the ones I've tried. I think I'll stick with the Diablo's. I do a lot of riding in the twisties.

I'll be lucky to get 5000km (3000 miles) out of my stock rear BT56. Been a little aggressive on it though.
