titanium bolts or anodized where to find

dose anyone know where to find titanium replacement bolts at a resonable price or anodized any help would appreciated
looking any and every nut and bolt possible

I've been considering some gold chrome plated for the Anniversary.................any thoughts there on where or how. Even if I could get a complete kit and had to have hem done?
