After shipping there and Tobin doing his magic and returning it to me it was about 2weeks.

Why not ask the place of business? They should be able to tell you how backed up they are.

Just sent mine today. I spoke to him friday, he said 5 to 7 days return time. This to Va.

Depends on your shipping method and how many he happens to be doing at the time, but I believe most get there's back within 2 weeks.
