I suppose expensive is as you define it. I define it as not expecting to spend alot of money then spending alot of money.
Today the wife was nearly sideswiped over in Fairfield and she ended up banging the curb on the passenger side of the Focus pretty hard. Hard enough to blow out both tires and ruin both rims.
Fortunately she was fine and the car had no other damage. She managed to miss the fire hydrant by about a foot.
I love the garmin GPS. It had the closest Big O tire shop in it. After a little persuasion of the green kind I convinced the guy to drive to Sacramento to get rims and tires that I could put on the car to get it home today.
$1,300 later and this is what we have. Good news is she loves the new rims.
Happy 40th birthday a week early sweetie. Now don't hit another curb!!!!
