That punk was the child's 17 yr old mother. The occupants of vehicle including her had just committed several felonies and were fleeing from police when accident happened.

The hand of God held her from harm.

Glad the youngster wasn't hurt. This could have ended in tragedy.

Still, the headline is typical media sensationalism... nobody "tossed" the child out, and the headline might suggest, rather, they failed to put the child in a proper car-seat, so the child got bounce-checked into the asphalt during the rollover.

Jeeze, forgetting to secure your child.... I guess that's understandable if you are quite busy fleeing from a felony.

That's the word they should have used... "ejected". That is different from "tossed", as the latter suggests a human using their hands.
