Ok a no brainer! But no on suggested it! So i did it! 4 less than $5.00 unless you got the screen and velcro or 2 sided tape then its zip!! I had to buy screen (fiberglass) We had velcro in a 1/2" roll from kids schoolstuff. A few 1" pieces on top of rad, a couple of 2"er strips on the bar between the rad and oil cooler and it works like a champ. No increase in temp, and stops the bugs from goin in the rad core!! just kinda brush em off. Bugs get gone take it off no prob. I'm leaving it on cause the little stuff like a dirty road will bend the fins on the rad (has now) and make a bike that likes to over heat worse!! BTW my bike runs under the middle line always and its still very hot here!!::2
