Too much Pumpkin? Need your opinion...

Hey guys,

I'm about to purchase some items from GoldenChild, but I need your opinion before I go forward.

I have a 2003 Pumpkin and I'm picking up a Tobin seat and a tank bra. See the picture below for the color that I want to get. (FRONT SEAT ONLY)

I'm 100% sold on the seat but here's my question. I have an option to get the tank bra with the orange Kanji in the middle (crotch). I don't know if going with the colored Kanji in the middle would be too much color. Should I just get an all black bra?

Your opinions are appreciated.

I think you are on the right course. I am a huge proponent of contrast. I think that the black with all of that orange is the way to go. Some black stripping would also do well on your paint. who know. Keep us up on your progress.

to each his own but I would do all black. I like the bra with the kanji on them but I think the pumpkin on the tank and then again on both seats would start to look like a little overkill.

I really like the seats too. I think the orange Kanji would be a great addition to the seats.

I also have an 03 Pumpkin also with a Tobin. Had to make the same decisions you face now. I decided that too much contrast was going to take away from the "subtleness" of the look. I wasn't after the bling look. I went with the Orange small Kanji on the side of the seat.

Now having said that a bra with a matching pumpkin Kanji may look very nice. Haven't seen a picture of it. I would tend to er on the side of too much contrast takes away from the look of the black framed solid color copper bike. It catches attention based on the uniqueness it already possesses.

Colored Kanji only on the drivers seat. If you want a Kanji on the passenger seat and the bra...I'd def go all black. Or with no Kanji at all.

JMO....nice seats though
