Rode thru some Sierra national forest roads around Bass Lake again
@ around 2,500’ elevation and then thru Yosemite NP over 5,000’ (for miles) and back home. The scent of the tall pointy trees...some campfire smoke in the air...
LOTS of twisties too, nice swoopy lefts and rights along with some great esses that you can see clear to the last one! Mostly good pavement too, nice and clean. A few triple digit straights too!
Rode thru a very long tunnel. Sure would like to rip it thru there some day.
Stopped along one of the many white water sections of the Merced river flowing out of the Park. That’s not a reflection, that’s some very fast white water over the rocks. The rushing shshshshshshsh was really loud. Nice ride.
