Took the Mrs. for Hand Follow up

Took the Mrs. for her follow up this past week. Doc. said things look like it went well

....now it's up to her to be good while the fusing process continues. He placed her in a hard cast.....soft cast was not an option for MY Mrs....she won't behave with one of those, once again she does not do "Nothing" very well. Any way, we go back in 3 weeks and see how things have healed. Then on to either another cast or a brace at that point. She's doing well for the most part just frustrated with some of the things that she do but that takes twice as long to get done....she seems to tire out easily because of that.  

She's tired of having the bothersome thing on at this point!!

I have included a couple of pictures of her progress. One of the surgery site once stitches were taken out and two pics of the pins and wire

Good to see she got her nails did for that appointment!

had a g/f long time ago I was trying to teach to ride a dirt bike. She crashed coming back to the truck in the parking lot, handel bar pinned her pinky onto the pavement. Took 2 times under the knife to fit it. First time just to get it straight. 2nd was to put the pins in it..

Wifes looks like its healing pretty well. Sucks not being able to use a hand.
