It was a tough day for me today, seeing as you guys are my extended family I thought I’d share a little personal stuff that I’ve had to deal with….
My old and close friend Jack (known him 46 years) passed away a week ago and today was his funeral, he was buried at a local lawn cemetery and I was one of the pall bearers, but it was really a celebration of his life and achievements (family related) and the fact that he’s free of the pain and frustrations of this world… and the freedom he has now.
Then, this afternoon at 4pm I had my old dog Loui, 18 years, had him from a pup, euthanised at the local vet. Very sad, he was dimented and withdrawn, blind and very wobbly, and had no control over his bowels and bladder poor old boy.
He’s at peace and frolicking in the fields in doggie heaven now.
Boy, what a day. . . Glad it’s done and dusted.
Graveside service…
My dear old boy, pic taken this morning..
Out for a ride to release some tension and a bit of therapy too.
