Tourmaster Jacket liner

Ive been lookin into some heated gear lately and noticed a lot of vests and jackets require and extra heat controller which bumbs the $$ a good bit. Ive found this tourmaster vest that is set to go for a decent price. Anyone have any experience with em? Tourmaster is a pretty well known name so Im not to worried, just wanna be sure it'll put out enough heat for this lil Frog.

i use mine all the time when it is cold. which cold to me is around 40. i does great at blocking the wind and i was amazed at how warm it kept me. there is a themal liner and a rain liner. riding in a downpour my upperbody stays completely dry. i love it and have been using the same one for the last 3 years. of course for a long ride you might need some more clothes underneath for warmth but i think it does a real good job myself. kept me dry and warm during my 7 hour ride from san antonio to lafayette in rain and about 50 degree weather.

i have the tour master full jacket liner and like it. used it down into the upper 20's, long sleeve tshirt, tourmaster liner then joe rocket outer shell. i think they advertise it to heat up to 170 degrees.
